Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will provide strategic direction, achieve business goals and meet expectation of various stakeholders. Specifically, the CEO will be responsible for strategy development, oversee business operations support functions, approve policies and procedures of the company. The ideal candidate should hold a professional degree, a minimum of Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Business Studies from a recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates holding a Master degree in Business Administration, Transport Planning and Engineering, Urban Transport Planning and Management or relevant fields. The candidate should have a minimum of 20 years of post-qualification experience, including 10 years of experience in a senior management position at a large public or private sector company. A minimum of 5 year of experience in a similar role in corporate sector is highly desirable. The candidate should have profound understanding of public sector and international contracts. Qualified and experienced expatriate Pakistanis are encouraged to apply. Important: The candidate shall be appointed in accordance with the SECP Public Sector Companies (Appointment of Chief Executive) Guidelines 2015, and Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance Compliance) Guidelines 2018. Reporting to the Chief Financial OfficerTransPeshawar, the incumbent will manage overall procurement of civil works, goods and services contracts in a transparent and professional manner. The ideal candidate should hold Bachelor degree in civil engineering or related field from a recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates holding a Master Degree in any or a combination of Civil Engineering, Economics, Finance, Management or related field from a recognized university. Foreign qualification will be considered an added advantage. The candidate should have a minimum 5 years of post-qualification relevant experience as Candidate should have demonstrated experience on ADB procurement system and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) system. Relevant international work experience will be considered an added advantage.
