P&D in collaboration with World Bank has launched Punjab Tourism for Economic Project (PTEGP): the posts mentioned below are required to be Riled In immediately to project activities. Qualifications and required along with the job descriptions for these posts are mentioned below; Sr. No. Position Qualifications/ Experienced Age Ne. of Posts 01 Project Director Qualification: Master’s Degree in Public/Seelal policy. Public Administration, Economies, Finance and Business Administration and Management from a reputed/ recognized foreign university. Experience: i. At least fifteen years of work expos. ience in Public. Private or non government Sector with an experience of at least ten years in a senior management position in private or public sector. ii. Prior experience of working in tourism sector and with multiple government departments and development partners will he highly preferred. iii. Demonstrated leadership and administrative skills in the management of complex and multifaceted projects related to tourism, ans. culture. heritage, private sector development etc. iv. Preference shall be given to those who have prior experience of independently managing a project in governance and social sector. Tourism Sector. v. Excellent report writing and presentation skills. I 02 Senior Communication Specialist Qualification: MA/Msc in Public relations, Communications, Journalism or relevant field from reputed /recognized locaV foreign university. Foreign qualification will be preferred Experience: I At least 10 years of work experience with at least 5 years work experience in either the tourism, marketing, journalism and/or communications sectors or related fields. 2 years’ mandatory experience is required in donor funded projects. i ii. Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills iii. Outstanding organizational and planning abilities with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and relationships with attention to detail. iv. Proficient command English. Urdu v. Working knowledge of the government departments is desirable. 03 Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist Qualification: Master’s Degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Development Studies. Public Administration and Project Management from reputed/recognized local/ foreign university. Foreign qualification will be preferred. Experience: I Al least 5 years’ experience in M&E in donor/goverrunent/funded projerts, working with government department, NGO’s or donor organizations. 2 years’ mandatory experience Is required in donor funded projects in M&E. ii. Experience in the tourism sector is a preferred iii. Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative analysis; iv. Strong presentation skills and computer skills (MS Word. Excel, Outlook and Power Point, MS Project, Primavera etc) and familiarity with use of Statistical and database programming packages; v. Strong skills in written and verbal communications in English and Urdu vi. Strong knowledge of M&E tools for Project Management. I
