The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under financing from Multi Donor Trust Funds I World Bank has launched Governance & Policy Project, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (GPP-KP). Implementation support for the Governance & Policy Project will be provided by two units: a Governance Reforms Support Unit (GRSU) and an Operational Support Unit (OSU). GRSU will be responsible for the coordination of pol-icy reforms and OSU will be responsible for project implementation support to all GPP activities. Applications from highly qualified individuals are solicited for the following positions carrying competi-tive market based salary package.

Qualification & Experience
Master in Economics. MBA Finance / MBA Tax Management. A minimum of 15 years professional experience with at least 5 years related to economic modeling I Tax Analyst and research. Experience relating to tax administration/ policy will be an advantage. Strong report writing skills and ability to effectiVely communicate findings at high Nora including senior level LION efnment officials and development partners. IT proficient (minimum requirements: MS Office, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word & Outlook) Capacity to use key economic analysis software such as STATA, SPSS, etc.. Knowledge of government institutions and working of provincial departments. Knowledge of the tax regulatory system in the Prop ince of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, must be fluent (written and oral) in Urdu, Pashto & English. Fluency in other regional languages will be an advantage. Analytical capacity and critical thinking skills; attention to details a must. Ability to supervise staff and work well with others. Ability to produce quality documents and communications as required.
